Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the Central and Southern Texas HPS Electric Utility business. You will develop product knowledge, manage key accounts, forecast territory opportunities, and drive growth while collaborating with BU and pricing teams.

A 5–10 year sales background in utilities is preferred and travel up to 60% is expected. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and strong communication, analytical, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 5-10 years of sales experience managing a territory, utility industry is preferred.
• Strong prioritization and strategic planning abilities.
• Ability to lead with a vision and coordinate with BU management, pricing and customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasive presentations.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market data trends.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across levels.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Must live within the assigned territory.
• Willing to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of Hubbell Power Systems products and market drivers.
• Meet/exceed sales quota and grow market share in the territory.
• Manage business relationships with key accounts and internal teams.
• Support territory planning, forecasting, and strategic growth development.
• Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and drive product approvals.
