Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for Carpet Soft Surface Flooring to grow market share in the Pittsburgh, PA area. You will call on flooring dealers, designers and end-users, present Shaw products, and manage sample displays while maintaining profitability.

Responsibilities include daily sales calls, reporting, territory analysis and using Salesforce for client interactions. A valid vehicle for sample transport, weekend/evening flexibility, and 1 year of sales

Qualifications

Must reside in the market.
1 year of sales experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to travel in a vehicle that can carry product samples in a van or SUV.
Ability to lift samples and display racks up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Flexible schedule that may include some evenings.

Responsibilities

Daily sales calls on existing customers with emphasis on hard surface flooring products.
Present products to retail dealers, designers and end-users; analyze leads.
Sell/display racks and merchandise; continue prospecting new accounts.
Prepare and communicate periodic sales reports; analyze territory performance.
Enter customer interactions into Salesforce; track sales activity and goals.
Promote Shaw Floors, Anderson Tuftex, and Philly Commercial in the residential market.
