Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Heart Failure sales professional to achieve targets and provide clinical and technical support across the Territory. You will manage contracts, quotes, and customer relationships in a fast-paced cardiovascular device market.

The role requires five years of medical device sales in cardiovascular, a bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel. You’ll collaborate with clinical, reimbursement, and service teams to deliver value to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
• Five years of medical device sales experience in cardiovascular.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnights.
• Understanding hospital account management and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets as outlined in the SIP and Vital Few.
• Clinical knowledge of Abbott Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) system to support cases as needed.
• Effective management of contracts, price quotes, customer complaints and reports.
• Collaborate with Territory Team, Training, Education, Reimbursement and Service groups.
• Forecasting and strategic planning using the Strategic Selling methodology.
• Establish outstanding customer relationships and provide professional service.
