Job summary

Pelthos is seeking a Territory Manager for the Cleveland, OH area to drive launch and ongoing demand for our product in targeted specialty physician offices. You will execute territory business plans, deliver compliant product messaging, and foster strong physician partnerships.

The role requires 3+ years of biotech/pharma sales, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel within the geography. Expect full field coverage five days per week with cross-functional collaboration to meet company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years biotech/pharma sales experience.
• Dermatology, Pediatrics or startup experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within geography.

Responsibilities

• Engage targeted healthcare professionals through in-person interactions to deliver compliant product information.
• Execute marketing strategies and develop territory business plans to meet sales objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, staff and stakeholders in patient care.
• Develop knowledge of disease states, guidelines, market dynamics and competitors to position products effectively.
• Travel across assigned geography five days per week to ensure full field coverage.
