Job summary

Pelthos Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Territory Manager in Bakersfield, CA to lead the launch and ongoing promotion of our approved product.

You will drive demand in targeted specialty physician offices within the defined geography and represent Pelthos with professionalism. The role requires delivering compliant, scientifically sound information, building relationships with physicians and staff, and executing territory business plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• Dermatology, Pediatrics or startup experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel within assigned geography including meetings, training events and programs, as necessary (some overnight travel will be required).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals through in-person and group interactions to deliver compliant product information.
• Execute marketing strategies and create territory business planning to drive sales objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, office staff, and key stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge of disease states, treatment guidelines, and competitor landscape to position products effectively.
• Develop and refine a territory business plan focusing on opportunities, access, and performance.
• Deliver presentations and promotional programs aligned with corporate messaging and compliance standards.
