Pelthos Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for Nashville, TN to launch, promote, and drive demand for its product in targeted specialty physician offices within the defined geography.

The role emphasizes engaging healthcare professionals, delivering compliant product information, and building long-term physician and staff relationships while executing territory business planning to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to travel within assigned geography including meetings, training events and programs, as necessary.
• Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to manage a territory.
• Customer Engagement: Proven ability to engage with healthcare professionals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Innovative Sales Strategies: Experience in developing and implementing innovative sales strategies in a highly specialized market.
• Clinical Acumen: Ability to understand and communicate cutting-edge scientific research and clinical data.

Responsabilités

• Engage targeted healthcare professionals through in-person and group interactions with compliant product information.
• Execute marketing strategies and develop territory business plans to hit sales objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, staff, and stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge of disease states, guidelines, market dynamics, and competitor landscape to position products.
• Create and refine a territory business plan addressing access challenges and opportunities.
• Deliver engaging presentations and programs aligned with corporate messaging.
• Serve as a trusted resource by offering tailored solutions based on account needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet evolving customer needs and business goals.
• Represent the company with professionalism and ethical conduct; travel five days per week.
