Pelthos Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the launch and promotion of our product in Cleveland and targeted physician offices, delivering compliant, clinically relevant information to drive demand.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of biotech/pharma sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel within the territory; strong communication and independent work habits are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university.
• 3+ years of successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel within assigned geography including meetings, training events and programs, as necessary (overnight travel may be required).
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently to manage a territory.

Responsabilidades

• Engage targeted healthcare professionals through in-person interactions to deliver compliant product information.
• Execute company-approved marketing strategies and territory business planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, office staff, and stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge of disease states, treatment guidelines, market dynamics, and competitor landscape.
