Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned geography, including overnight travel.
• Ability to develop and execute territory business plans that meet sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals through in-person interactions to provide compliant product information.
• Execute approved marketing strategies and create territory plans to drive sales impact.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians and office staff.
• Develop knowledge of disease states, guidelines, and competitor landscape.
• Deliver presentations and programs aligned with corporate messaging and compliance standards.
• Travel to engage customers five days per week and support cross-functional teams.
