Job summary

Ag 1 Source seeks a Business Development Manager for Western Kansas and Western Nebraska. You will leverage industry connections to onboard new customers, provide clear product-based rundowns in meetings, and build relationships with farmers, retailers, and supply chain partners.

The role focuses on delivering value and driving growth in a fast-paced ag environment. Candidates should have 5+ years in business development, a Bachelor’s in agriculture, and a proven ability to work independently

• Excellent presentation skills and confidence in presenting to a variety of audiences.
• Self-starter with a first-principles mindset to discover the unknown and unpredictable.
