Job summary

Ag 1 Source is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead the Western Kansas and Eastern Colorado region, expanding a growing seed and biologicals portfolio. You will leverage existing relationships and build new connections to drive market share and serve a loyal multi-state customer base.

The successful candidate will manage territory requirements, including product stewardship, customer service, and budgeting, with a base salary of $90,000–$110,000 plus commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in seed/ag retail or related field.
• Knowledge of sales programs and how to interpret data.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective sales presentations.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory by leveraging existing relationships and developing new connections.
• Build reputation with customers and prospects to promote long-term relationships while supporting sales strategy.
• Manage territory requirements including product stewardship, customer service and financial administration.
• Manage and operate within a budget including revenue generation, account management and forecasting.
• Aim for territory goals including sales, product mix, new customer development and strategic market development.
