Job summary

Biote Medical seeks a Territory Manager for the El Paso/South New Mexico territory. You will recruit physicians and practitioners into Biote partnerships, drive sales of BHRT solutions, and provide ongoing clinical and educational support to partners and their patients.

The role is field-based and remote, requiring travel and strong relationship development skills to expand Biote’s network and meet growth targets in the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in medical device/biotech preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~20% of the month and manage field activities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain deep knowledge of Biote’s BHRT offerings.
• Train physicians, staff and patients on Biote protocols and programs.
• Prospect and develop relationships with practitioners.
• Present Biote’s training and business program to physicians and staff.
• Recruit suitable physicians through prospecting and presentations.
• Close sales monthly to meet targets and manage CRM records.
