Job summary

Biote Medical seeks a driven Territory Manager to recruit physicians and practitioners into partnerships and to sell Biote’s BHRT method for healthier aging. You will train staff and physicians, present the program benefits, and manage relationships to grow practices.

This field-based remote role requires travel about 20%, a Bachelor’s degree, and 3–5 years of B2B sales in medical devices/biotech. Join a collaborative team and help advance healthy aging options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales in medical device/biotech preferred.
• Strong work ethic and time management skills.
• Ability to present to physicians and large groups.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Recruit physicians and practitioners into Biote partnerships.
• Develop relationships and drive practice growth for Biote Method.
• Prospect, cold call, and close sales within the price matrix.
• Provide training to physicians, staff, and patients on Biote programs.
• Maintain patient retention levels of 60% or better.
• Document sales activities in the CRM and manage contracts.
• Conduct monthly training seminars for practitioners.
