Job summary

Biote Medical is expanding its Minneapolis territory and seeks a driven Territory Manager. You will recruit physicians and practitioners into partnerships, deliver Biote training, and drive sales of BHRT technology to clients and the public.

The ideal candidate will develop practice relationships, manage events, and maintain patient retention while representing Biote with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales, preferably in medical devices/biotech.
• Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent work ethic and time management abilities.
• Ability to travel ~20% of the month.
• Willing to work 40–50 hours weekly, Mon–Fri, with potential extensions.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and retain knowledge of hormone replacement therapy and Biote programs.
• Conduct physician, staff and patient training on Biote protocols.
• Prospect and recruit physicians and practitioners into partnerships.
• Present Biote's training and business program to medical offices.
• Manage leads, schedule presentations, and close sales within targets.
• Update CRM with sales activities and maintain patient retention goals.
