Job summary

Biote Medical is seeking a driven Territory Manager to expand partnerships with physicians and practitioners in the Springfield, MO area. You will recruit, train, and support providers, promoting Biote's BHRT program and related educational resources.

The role is field-based with travel about 20% and a home office setup. You will manage relationships, conduct seminars, and ensure patient and practitioner success while meeting monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably medical device, diagnostics, or biotech.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the month.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and home office with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain deep knowledge of hormone replacement therapy through Biote materials and external sources.
• Train physicians, staff, and patients on Biote’s business protocols including marketing, finance, forms, and seminars.
• Identify and evaluate physicians in assigned areas based on Biote criteria.
• Present Biote's programs to physicians and office staff.
• Recruit suitable physicians through prospecting and presentations.
• Develop mutually productive partnerships to grow practices and maintain patient retention ≥60%.
• Coordinate contracts, paperwork, and payments for training and certification.
• Record all sales activities in the CRM and close monthly targets.
