Accordance Search Group is seeking a Territory Manager to join a leading medical technology company. This role offers a base salary of $70K–$90K with uncapped on-target earnings exceeding $250K. The successful candidate will cover areas including San Fernando Valley and Bakersfield, managing relationships across multiple hospital departments. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have over 4 years of B2B and medical sales experience. A company car and comprehensive benefits are included.

• Territory Supported: San Fernando Valley, Bakersfield, and the coastal territory extending up to San Luis Obispo
• Comp: Base Salary: $70K–$90K, On-Target Earnings: $250K+ uncapped, 4-month commission guarantee during training
