Accordance Search Group is partnering with a leading medical technology company to recruit a high-caliber sales professional for the San Jose–Oakland East Bay territory. The role targets General, Bariatric, Colorectal & Plastic Reconstructive Surgeons, driving growth and new client acquisition.

Base salary starts at $85k with OTE of $190k+. Top performers exceed $350k, supported by a company car, cell phone, full expensing, and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years outside B2B sales experience + medical sales experience.
