Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a Territory Manager to build relationships, develop new business, and manage accounts across Texas for our growing, family-owned diagnostic laboratory.

You will travel throughout your territory, calling on addiction recovery, urgent care, family medicine, and internal medicine practices while growing your book of business. The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions and a strong, family-first culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of diagnostics sales experience.
• Experience selling a full-service laboratory solution: toxicology, molecular, or blood.
• Strong new business development and relationship-building skills.

Our clients are looking for someone to join a growing, family-owned diagnostic laboratory that has been serving healthcare providers for some time now. They're looking for a driven Territory Manager to build relationships, develop new business, and manage accounts across Texas!!

Position Highlights:

• Base + uncapped commission
• 10% commission in perpetuity — no tiers or rolloff
• $120K+ first-year expected income
• $700K+ annually
• Monthly commission payouts with full revenue transparency
• MDV + 401(k) match up to 5%
• Texas territory with flexibility to leverage existing relationships
• National contracts and in-network coverage
