Territory Manager – Diagnostics & Toxicology

Location: Florida (Open Territory Model)

Compensation: $100K+ at plan

Are you a driven outside sales professional ready to make an impact in healthcare? We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join a growing diagnostics company with one of the most expansive testing menus in the addiction and behavioral health space.

You’ll focus on both new business growth and account retention, selling full-service diagnostic and toxicology testing solutions to clinics, treatment centers, and healthcare providers.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and expand your territory within 90 days
• Build relationships with clinic-based decision makers
• Manage existing accounts while driving new volume
• Collaborate with strong internal support (Sales Ops, Field Ops, HR)

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of outside sales experience (diagnostics or medical preferred)
• Proven hunter mentality and ability to close
• Experience selling into clinics or healthcare settings
• Growth mindset and strong relationship skills
