Job summary

Arnold Machinery Company in Phoenix is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (Outside Sales) to be the face of Arnold in your assigned region, building relationships, driving sales, and delivering our signature Silver Service to every customer.

You’ll travel extensively, develop a territory plan, present professional sales proposals, and ensure timely invoicing and payment collection. A high school diploma is required, agricultural background preferred, and a clean driving record is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer management preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude beneficial for equipment handling.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the customer base; maintain and update monthly.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and close deals.
• Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from customers.
• Submit monthly account activity reports; support aftersales.
