Refeyn is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth and adoption of its bioanalytical technology in the US. You will interact with academia and industry, presenting solutions and building long-term relationships.

The role requires regional travel (about 50%), collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a consultative sales approach to close orders and meet targets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience selling scientific capital equipment/analytical instruments to the R&D environment essential.
• Three planning cycles for market or customer groups completed.
• Proven track record in tactical sales planning and meeting targets.
• Demonstrated hunting and creating new business opportunities.
• Experience pitching at key stakeholder level and negotiating with major accounts.
• Strong cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work remotely and autonomously; proficient in Salesforce.
• Background in bioanalytical techniques is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Selling and promoting Refeyn products across Academia and Industry.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the Regional Sales Manager.
• Develop new business opportunities through sales funnel and forecasting.
• Identify prospects and establish relationships with potential customers.
• Manage customer relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Travel within territory to visit customers and attend events (50%).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Applications, and Service.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and maintain CRM data.
• Lead price and contract negotiations with customers.
