Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Auditor to manage lease financials for a defined territory, covering CAM, insurance, taxes, and easements, and to act as the point of contact for landlords and managers. The role requires auditing, reconciling, and paying reimbursements while ensuring accuracy against corporate records.

You will also prepare correspondence, work with corporate counsel, and collaborate with tax and legal teams to optimize occupancy costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; 4 years’ work exp in bookkeeping, accounting or property management may substitute.
• Proficient with MS Office including Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills.
• Strong math skills and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage all lease financials for the assigned territory.
• Audit, dispute, reconcile, and pay reimbursements to landlords.
• Verify financial statements and ledgers against corporate records.
• Prepare lease default correspondence and track responses.
• Collaborate with tax, legal, and property teams on issues.
• Identify cost saving opportunities and priorities properties accordingly.
