Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in Salina, Kansas, seeking energetic professionals who value ownership, growth, and service. You will undergo a comprehensive training program combining online and field training in your assigned territory.

You will meet with business owners, present tailored supplemental insurance solutions, and grow your own client portfolio through visits and referrals. Prior sales experience is welcome, but we will train the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (sales or athletics) required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills expected.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage local territory with in-person meetings with business owners.
• Lead generation through Salesforce CRM and referrals.
• Schedule and conduct meetings, understand client needs, and tailor insurance solutions.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
