Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Texas seeks a results-driven sales professional to cover a local territory. You will train in a blended program combining classroom learning with hands-on field practice, meeting business owners and presenting tailored supplemental insurance solutions.

You’ll build relationships, manage a client portfolio, and work toward set monthly and quarterly targets. We value ownership, growth, and service, and offer a structured pathway with mentorship, a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build quick connections.
• Preference for previous sales experience, but training is provided.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Attend local territory meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Schedule and conduct meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Develop and maintain a client portfolio with 5–50+ employee groups.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and track activity.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
