Qualifications

• Active pre-employment background check
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (training provided)
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant sales or athletic background

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales in your own territory to build a new book of business
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers
• Schedule and conduct meetings to understand insurance needs
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Develop and nurture client portfolio and referrals
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with your team
• Manage weekly schedule and submit activity to manager
• Record daily work stats and sales activity
