Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is hiring a newly hired sales professional to join a comprehensive training program blending online coursework with hands-on field mentoring in your assigned Georgia territory.

You will meet with small to medium-sized businesses, present tailored supplemental insurance solutions, and conduct group presentations for 5 to 50+ employees. Prior sales experience is valued but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to build quick connections with business owners and decision-makers.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet schedules independently.
• Demonstrated motivation to learn, grow, and drive results in a sales role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; willingness to obtain required license if needed.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text promptly.
• Schedule meetings to assess clients' insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team as required.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio for renewals and growth.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval; track daily sales activity.
