Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and build a local client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Build and nurture your own portfolio and hit targets.
