Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in the Pineville, LA area and seeking motivated individuals to build a local client portfolio. You will participate in an intensive training program blending online coursework with hands-on field coaching and mentorship to master the sales cycle and consult with decision-makers.

Prior sales experience is welcome but not required, as we will train the right person.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to build quick connections.
• Passion for helping others, resilience, and track record in sales/leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage leads and grow the client base.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with prospects to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and generate referrals.
• Develop and maintain your own client portfolio.
