Altitude Group in Bristol, TN is seeking a driven Insurance Sales Consultant to join our team and build relationships with local business owners.

This outside sales role offers 40 hours weekly, hands-on training, flexible scheduling within a supportive culture, and opportunities to advance through performance.

You will meet clients, present supplemental insurance products, and grow your own book of business while working with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails and phone inquiries from clients.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients.
• Attend scheduled calls or meetings with the sales team or manager.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients needing re-servicing.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet with the sales manager to discuss monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Set and submit weekly scheduled working hours to your manager.
• Follow up on provided leads and balance cold prospecting with warm leads.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
