Job summary

Altitude Group is hiring an Insurance Sales Consultant in Georgia to drive outside sales and build a book of business by meeting with business owners and benefits managers. You will present supplemental insurance products, develop lasting client relationships, and manage your own schedule while being supported by a training and leadership program.

You should be motivated to close sales, handle objections, and maintain a positive, resilient demeanor.

Qualifications

• Drive and enthusiasm to help others and make sales.
• Independent worker who can manage own time effectively.

• Full-time commitment: available to work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products.
• Call on small and medium-sized businesses in your assigned territory, meeting face-to-face with clients.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and manage client relationships.
• Deliver product presentations to employee groups of 50–100+ people when needed.
• Submit your sales metrics and daily activity to the sales manager.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and benefits managers.
• Set your own weekly schedule and coordinate with your sales manager.
• Balance cold lead generation with nurturing warm leads and existing clients.
