Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of insurance sales experience.
• Experience with non-standard auto insurance operations helps communication with agencies and company personnel.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a territory of independent agents.
• Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve goals.
• Drive new business policy and premium growth.
• Assess agency mix of business, retention and profitability.
• Onboard and train agencies on Hallmark products and underwriting guidelines.
• Present to large groups and influence behavior through consultative selling.
• Maintain up-to-date records of field activity and reports.
• Travel throughout territory with 30% overnight travel.
