Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative who will travel within a defined Colorado territory to meet with small and mid-size business owners and decision-makers. You will present supplemental insurance products, build lasting relationships, and manage your own schedule in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and excels at overcoming objections while working independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers in your territory to present supplemental insurance products.
• Deliver presentations, manage a book of business, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Call on new businesses, respond to inquiries, and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Submit sales metrics daily and balance cold leads with warm opportunities.
