Altitude Development Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to represent our supplemental insurance products to small and mid-sized businesses in your assigned territory across the Columbus area. You will meet face-to-face with owners and managers, deliver engaging presentations, and build lasting relationships.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, enjoy meeting people, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic field role.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license—licensing reimbursement offered.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Call on small and medium-sized businesses, meeting with decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products.
• Train in calling on businesses, referrals, and existing clients to review needs.
• Set follow-up appointments and maintain your book of business.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals with the sales team manager.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Set and submit weekly work hours to your manager.
• Follow up on provided leads and balance cold calling with appointments.
