Qualifications

• Background in sales is a plus; strong people skills encouraged.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Sell supplemental insurance to business owners and employees in assigned territory.
• Deliver presentations and call on new and existing clients face-to-face.
• Set follow-up appointments and manage a personal book of business.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
• Work full-time (40 hours) and schedule own hours with manager approval.
