Job summary

Schaeffer Manufacturing is expanding and seeking experienced, self-motivated professionals to develop industrial accounts in New Jersey and beyond. This is a commission-based opportunity to build a long-term business representing one of America's oldest lubricant manufacturers.

You will develop new commercial and industrial accounts, advise maintenance and fleet managers, and help customers reduce downtime while growing a territory.

Qualifications

• B2B outside sales experience in industrial sectors preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Organized, driven, and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial and industrial accounts.
• Become a trusted advisor to maintenance managers, fleet managers, plant engineers, shop owners, and business owners.
• Help customers reduce equipment failures, extend service intervals, lower maintenance costs, and improve reliability.
• Build recurring business through exceptional customer relationships and technical problem-solving.
