Qualifications

• Experience in B2B outside sales, industrial, fleet, or technical sales preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial and industrial accounts.
• Becoming a trusted advisor to maintenance managers, fleet managers, plant engineers, shop owners, and business owners.
• Help customers reduce equipment failures, extend service intervals, lower maintenance costs, and improve reliability.
• Build recurring business through exceptional customer relationships and technical problem-solving.
• Target sectors: Heavy Truck Fleets, Municipal Public Works, Ready Mix & Asphalt, Industrial Maintenance.
