Job summary

Schaeffer Manufacturing is expanding and seeking experienced, self-motivated professionals to develop industrial, fleet, construction, mining, municipal, manufacturing, waste & recycling, agriculture, and heavy equipment accounts. This opportunity is commission-based, allowing you to build a long-term business representing an established lubricant manufacturer.

You will develop new accounts, advise managers and owners, and help customers reduce downtime while growing recurring commissions

Qualifications

• B2B outside sales experience in industrial sectors preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Organized, driven, and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial and industrial accounts.
• Become a trusted advisor to maintenance managers, fleet managers, plant engineers, shop owners, and business owners.
• Help customers reduce equipment downtime, extend service intervals, lower maintenance costs, and improve reliability.
• Build recurring business through exceptional customer relationships and technical problem-solving.
• Heavy Truck Fleets, Municipal Public Works, Ready Mix & Asphalt, Industrial Maintenance
