Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to build and manage a personal pipeline, prospect in the field, and convert leads into customers. You’ll have a company vehicle and tools, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with match.

The role emphasizes autonomy in territory development, ongoing training, and a strong team culture. A pesticide license may be pursued after onboarding, with support from the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Inspections and Provide Quotes: Conduct interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, then offer quotes to potential customers based on their needs.
• Sales and Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and forming strategic partnerships with businesses.
• Customer Transition: Communicate the value of our services to prospects and transition them into loyal Northwest customers.
• Relationship Building: Build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ongoing Learning: Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs to stay on top of industry trends and enhance your skills.
• Safety First: Always maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
