Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Pro to grow our pest-control business across local communities. You will inspect sites, offer quotes, and drive new sales with partners. The role emphasizes field-based work, problem-solving, and customer service.

We provide training, a company vehicle, cell phone, and iPad for routes, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k). A pesticide license can be obtained with company support within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and provide quotes.
• Sales and lead generation.
• Customer transition: convert prospects into Northwest customers.
• Relationship building with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction.
• Ongoing learning through regular training sessions.
