Care Advantage, Inc. is seeking a Home Care Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Roanoke, VA market. This 100% field-based role focuses on building referral networks and positioning Care Advantage as the provider of choice in the community.

You will develop strong relationships with hospitals, SNFs, assisted living, and rehabilitation centers, collaborating with operations and clinical teams to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B healthcare sales.
• Veterans referrals experience preferred.
• Background in Home Care, Home Health, Hospice, or Senior Living is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Develop referral relationships with Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Communities, and Rehab centers.
• Call on social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and facility leadership; present Care Advantage's services.
• Communicate clinical capabilities, responsiveness and service quality to referrals.
