Care Advantage, Inc. is seeking a Home Care Sales Specialist to cover Roanoke, VA and surrounding markets. This 100% field-based role focuses on building referral networks and positioning Care Advantage as the provider of choice for home care services.

You will collaborate with a high-performing team focused on accountability, results, and community-based care. A strong track record in healthcare sales and relationship-building is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B healthcare sales.
• Previous experience managing Veterans referrals - Preferred
• Background in Home Care/Home Health/Hospice/Senior Living is highly relevant
• Ability to build and expand referral networks with hospitals, SNFs, and communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, and assisted living facilities.
• Call on social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and facility leadership.
• Present Care Advantage's services as trusted, patient-centered solutions.
• Build weekly territory and account plans and lead meetings with care teams.
• Drive referrals and ensure a smooth transition from start of care.
