Home or Away, a fast-growing home care agency serving Medicaid, Medicare members, Veterans, and families, is seeking a high-performing community salesperson to own and grow their territory around Augusta, GA.

This is a performance-driven role with a market base salary and aggressive, uncapped commissions. You will be in the community daily, building relationships with case managers, social workers, and community organizations to drive referrals.

Qualifications

• Track record of generating clients for home care or hospice agencies.
• Ability to build trust with elderly and disabled populations in the community.
• Self-motivated, independent, and driven by results.

Responsibilities

• Own defined territory and grow referrals significantly.
• Visit case managers, social workers, and community organizations.
