Job summary

Home or Away in Augusta, GA is seeking a high-performing community salesperson to own a defined territory and grow referrals. This role is field-based, not a desk job, focusing on building real relationships with case managers, social workers, and community organizations to drive Medicaid and VA referrals.

You will manage your outreach in the CRM, attend health fairs and events, educate families about our home care services, and be judged on results with an aggressive, uncapped commission on top

Qualifications

• Has a track record of producing clients for a home care or hospice agency
• Understands the elderly and disabled populations, particularly Medicaid and Veterans populations
• Cares about getting elderly, sick, and disabled access to care
• Able to work independently toward goals with support and feedback as needed
• Is competitive, self-disciplined, and driven by results
• Has high integrity and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Own a defined territory and grow referrals significantly.
• Build and maintain long term referral relationships. Spend your days out in the community visiting case managers, social workers, community organizations, and other Medicaid and VA referral sources
• Be a consistent, trusted presence in the communities we serve. Attend and represent Home or Away at community events, health fairs, and outreach programs
• Educate referral partners and families on our home care services and how we can support clients and caregivers, including family caregivers
• Track your outreach activity and referrals in our CRM. Be accountable for results, not just activity.
