Qualifications

• Experience managing a large, dispersed portfolio of accounts/locations.
• Ability to influence outcomes through relationships rather than direct authority.
• Strong communication and rapport-building across diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record prioritizing work based on performance data.
• Comfort representing the company in hearings, meetings, or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits across self-managed and HOA-governed communities.
• Catch violations early and verify cure compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of covenants, architectural standards, and violation patterns.
• Represent Main Street Renewal at HOA hearings across the assigned cluster.
• Prepare cure documentation and evidence ahead of hearings.
• Negotiate outcomes and payment/cure timelines where appropriate.
• Track hearing outcomes and feed data into internal workflows.
• Act as escalation point for recurring disputes and policy changes.
