Job summary

Main Street Renewal is seeking an HOA Relationship Manager to own the day-to-day relationships with HOAs in an assigned metro cluster. You will conduct site visits, attend hearings, and manage escalation with a focus on cure timelines and pattern resolution.

You will be the primary point of contact for key HOAs, align with internal teams, and drive improvements using data from violations and hearings. This full-time role includes benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in territory account management or outside relationship management.
• Personable and able to build trust across diverse stakeholders.
• Track record of managing a large, dispersed portfolio based on data.
• Confident representing the company in hearings, meetings, or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Site visits and drive-bys across MSR communities to verify cure compliance.
• Represent MSR at HOA hearings, prepare cure docs, negotiate outcomes and timelines.
• Maintain primary contact with key HOAs, build relationships and proactively address issues.
• Route HOA rule changes to internal teams and keep field/leasing teams informed.
