Job summary

Main Street Renewal is seeking an HOA Relationship Manager to own day-to-day HOA relations within an assigned metro cluster. The role combines on-site visits with hearings representation, focusing on cure timelines and escalation management to keep HOA issues aligned with internal processes.

You will interact with field and leasing teams and deliver proactive relationship health. The position emphasizes relationship-building, data-driven insights, and disciplined account management with a focus

Qualifications

• Experience in territory account management or outside relationship management.
• Able to influence outcomes through relationships rather than authority.
• Proven ability to manage a large, dispersed portfolio.
• Confident representing the company at hearings and meetings.
• Strong organizational discipline to track many accounts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• HOA, property management, or community association experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Site Visits & Drive-Bys: conduct regular site visits and drive-bys across MSR communities to catch violations early and verify cure compliance.
• Hearing Attendance & Representation: represent MSR at HOA hearings, prepare cure documentation, negotiate outcomes, and track results.
• Relationship Management: serve as the primary point of contact for key HOAs and build relationships to resolve issues quickly.
• Escalations & Internal Alignment: act as escalation point for HOA issues and route rules to Data Governance/Violations Program, keep teams informed.
