Job summary

Main Street Renewal is seeking an HOA Relationship Manager to own the day-to-day relationship with HOAs across a metro cluster, combining site visits, hearings representation, and proactive issue resolution. You will be the primary contact and ensure adherence to covenants and escalation handling.

This role emphasizes relationship building, data-driven oversight, and collaboration with field and leasing teams to drive timely cure of violations and favorable hearing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in territory account management or outside relationship management.
• Strong ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders.
• Track record managing a large dispersed portfolio based on data.
• Confident representing the company at hearings and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits and drive-bys to catch violations and verify cure compliance.
• Represent MSR at HOA hearings and prepare cure documentation and evidence.
• Build and maintain primary relationships with key HOAs in the cluster.
• Escalate HOA issues and coordinate with Data Governance/Violations Program.
• Keep field and leasing teams informed of HOA expectations and trends.
