Job summary

Main Street Renewal is seeking an HOA Relationship Manager in the Phoenix area to oversee day-to-day HOA relationships across assigned communities. You will conduct site visits, attend hearings, and act as the trusted liaison between HOAs and MSR to resolve violations and ensure compliance.

The role emphasizes proactive relationship management, escalation handling, and collaboration with leasing and field teams to deliver timely outcomes across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Experience in territory account management or outside relationship management to influence outcomes.
• Ability to build trust quickly across diverse stakeholders.
• Track record managing a large, dispersed portfolio of accounts or locations.
• Confident representing the company in hearings and meetings.
• Strong organizational discipline to track many accounts and dates.
• Working familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• HOA, property management, or community association experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and drive-bys to verify cure compliance and understand covenants.
• Represent MSR at HOA hearings and prepare cure documentation and evidence.
• Serve as primary point of contact for key HOAs and maintain relationships.
• Escalate HOA issues and align with Data Governance/Violations Program and SOPs.
