Job summary

FleetPride, the largest aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S., is seeking a Sales Representative based in Houston. You’ll prospect, qualify, and close new customers, onboard them to FleetPride, and drive growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

You will work closely with Service Center teams to ensure a superior customer experience, track KPIs, and adapt strategies to competitive market conditions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in business development or sales is preferred.
• Experience in medium/heavy duty service industry is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads within a territory using internal tools.
• Present FleetPride solutions in a consultative manner and close deals.
• Onboard new customers and manage account growth and upsell opportunities.
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and KPIs; analyze market trends.
• Collaborate with service center teams to ensure a seamless experience.
