Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, CPG industry, retail or field sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are required to build relationships with store personnel and clients.
• Ability to travel to multiple stores within a territory and manage routing and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by promoting and selling consumer packaged goods (CPG) and merchandising within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, store personnel, and client stakeholders to grow in-store sales.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions and participate in in-store events.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Complete reporting and administrative tasks and communicate insights to internal teams.
