Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Territory Performance Manager to drive growth, improve P&L, and expand market presence across local Avis and Budget locations. In this field-based role, you will lead performance across multiple sites, coach dealers, and work with inventory and sales teams to maximize revenue and fleet utilization.

You will engage with communities, attend trade shows and events, and communicate performance insights to district leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated sales and business development capability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multi-site operations and travel.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with performance systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and market expansion across assigned locations.
• Identify local business opportunities and customer acquisition strategies.
• Promote Avis and Budget brands within local markets to drive awareness.
• Manage and improve operational and revenue performance of assigned locations.
• Coordinate reservation coverage with inventory management teams.
• Coach and develop operators and dealers to enhance sales performance.
• Monitor and report on performance trends and risks to leadership.
